In 2016 our service engaged Stella as an educational consultant. Over six sessions she mentored myself, as nominated supervisor and our educational leader. She inspired us with her vast knowledge and experience in the early childhood field. The mentoring sessions helped us to build the skills and confidence that we need in our roles as leaders. The topics that she covered in our sessions included building cohesive teams, staff appraisals, leadership skills, continuous improvement and professional development.
Following the mentoring sessions, we engaged Stella to conduct a review of our service under the National Quality Standards. She spent two days observing our program and practice. She then delivered a comprehensive report at a staff meeting giving us feedback on our practices under the Framework.

Wow! Having just started at a new centre and experienced a tough few moments straight up this Webinar couldn’t have entered my life at a better time.
Stella’s Nominated Supervisor Leadership webinar left me INSPIRED! but not just that with knowledge and tips as well. I was feeling so overwhelmed and now I feel I have goals and ideas not just for me as a leader but for my whole team moving forward.
